Not a bigger prompt. A better knowledge structure.

The system separates durable knowledge from transient conversation, then keeps the relationship between evidence, versions and people intact.

  1. Observe useful context.
    Candidate knowledge is identified from work without assuming that every message deserves permanent memory.
  2. Promote deliberately.
    Useful items become structured objects with a source, author, timestamp and relationship to earlier versions.
  3. Resolve before retrieving.
    When facts conflict, version and provenance signals help select what is current instead of treating every similar passage as equal.
  4. Deliver where needed.
    The relevant object can move into another model or workflow without moving an entire private history.
  5. Connect by consent.
    People can expose selected objects to trusted collaborators while preserving authorship and boundaries.

What remains human

People choose what matters, which sources deserve trust, what may be shared and when a connection should end. Automation supports those decisions; it does not silently replace them.
